The video of the presentation of «Ramon Llull com mai te l'han explicat»
The Minerva association of women creators of Gràcia, of which I am a member, featured in its agenda the presentation of my book «Ramon Llull com mai te l'han explicat» in the Main Hall of Lluïsos de Gràcia.
As their review put it: "Ramon Llull com mai te l'han explicat is a book that offers an accessible, plain-spoken approach to the multifaceted Majorcan writer, guiding us through nine facets of his life."
The book sets out, with simplicity, Llull's theory of human perfection, which climbs symbolically through eight steps —from stone to God, by way of the flame or the angel— interweaving science, art and spirituality. Through the didactic device of a chronological ladder, the complexity of Llull's medieval thought is distilled into an engaging narrative that brings this extraordinary author to a wide audience.
